Home Information Packs are a legal requirement for the marketing of 3 and 4 bedroom properties from the 10th August 2007 and it is expected that the remainder will be require to have a Home Information Pack shortly. This document must include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
As Licensed Home Inspectors we are able to produce Home Condition Reports and compulsory Energy Performance Certificates.
Evett Associates are one of the few independent qualified Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Surveyors, undertaking inspections in the south-east Essex region. Our Inspectors have undertaken the required intensive training to become government licensed Home Inspectors.
Only accredited and suitably qualified Home Inspectors (HI) and Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) will be allowed to carry out the Energy Assessment of the 1 million plus homes which come to the market each year.
